A 4400 square feet private 4 bedroom villa on 1/2 acre lot. Villa Mateo can accomodate up to 10 people (coupled with other villas this property can accomodate up to 48 people). This makes this property ideal for large groups, weddings, business trip etc. custom packages upon request. Fully air-conditioned including kitchen, living, dining rooms, WI-FI high speed Internet, private pool, satellite TV, DVD, stereo and CD player.
